Here's a great recipe for cooking up that huge catch of trout from the local stream! This is really yummy!
Serves 6

6 whole Trout -- cleaned and dressed
2/3 cup Soy sauce
1 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed dried Rosemary

Rinse trout and pat dry with paper towels; place in a single layer in a 13x9x2 glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Cover and let stand 1 hour.

Saving the marinade, transfer fish in a single layer in a well-greased hinged wire grill basket. Grill, covered, over medium coals 8-10 minutes, or until browned on the bottom. Turn; baste with marinade and grill 5-7 minutes more or until browned. Serve immediately garnished with lemon wedges.
