This is from July's Texas Cooking Newsletter (2005), which I get and you should if you love Texas-style cooking. I tried it the next weekend and wow! is it good!
Serves 4

* 3-4 pound pork loin roast
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1 cup beer
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients and marinate pork roast for several hours or overnight. Remove roast from marinade. Reserve marinade.

Bake at 250F for 4 hours, or grill over indirect, low heat (between 225F and 250F) to an internal temperature of 160F.

Bring reserved marinade to a boil, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve marinade with roast.
