I'd serve this with most anything you want to dip with or put it on, but freshly made shrimp or pork rolls would be great. Also, I'd heat it up with more chili paste, but you can always do this one to taste. This one is from Southern Living Magazine 11/01
Heat Scale: Medium-Hot
1 bottle hot chili sauce with garlic (7 oz.)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons chili paste
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
