HOTRNHELL BURGERS
Eat these at your own risk! This combination of chiles may blow yer head off!
Serves: 6
Heat Scale = From Very Hot to Incendiary!

3 pounds ground beef chuck
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
2 jalapeno chiles -- seeded and minced
1 poblano chile -- seeded and minced
1 habanero chile -- seeded and minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

In a large bowl mix together the beef, garlic, jalapenos, poblano, habanero, red pepper flakes, cilantro and cumin. Cover bowl and refrigerate 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Preheat grill to high. Form mixture into 6 patties. Lightly oil grate. Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done.
