Here's a yummy recipe from Canada! The savory sauce really gives the chicken a terrific flavor, and it's so easy to put together on a busy day.

Serves 4

1 Frying Chicken -- quartered
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon ground Thyme
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place chicken in a shallow glass baking dish. In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to gentle boil. Remove from heat; pour over chicken. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning once.

Preheat grill; drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over mdeium coals 30-40 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Serve immediately.
