This is a no-fuss no-mess recipe published by Borden---perfect for a party. Just preslice it and let 'em grab it!
Serves: 12
Prep.Time: 45 minutes
1/3 cup Butter -- melted
1 1/4 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Sugar
1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
2/3 cup Water
2 packages Cream Cheese (8-oz.) each) -- softened
4 squares Semi-sweet Chocolate (1-oz.each) -- melted
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14-oz.) (not evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Whipping cream -- whipped
FOR THE CRUST: combine butter, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on the bottom of a 9" spring-form pan; chill.
FOR THE FILLING: In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in water. Over low heat, dissolve gelatin completely; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese and chocolate until fluffy. Add milk and vanila; beat until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture; fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into prepared pan; chill at least 3 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
